Many of my graphs were flickering between two states. By reducing the attraction travel distance, we prevent the situation where the algorithm can oscillate between two stable values.
Probably warrants further testing, but seems to have solved the problem for my graphs.

Hm, this fixes it for many cases for me, but I'm still able to find cases with the flicker.

Tested just now, setting both attractionRate and repulsionRate to 0.01 stops flickering even on sets with 100+ nodes. The only thing to solve for me now is how to stop them from overlapping. Using this package on my TGCrawl project, gotta say it does it very nice, but feels a bit unfinished)
